Jimmy Yee serves as president of Yankee Communications, Inc. with over two decades of local and national experience managing government relations and public affairs issues.
Prior to founding Yankee Communications, he served as Chief of Staff in the California State Assembly and in various roles with U.S. Congressman Bill Thomas, past Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee.
As president of Yankee Communications, Jimmy specializes in communication and political risk at the federal, state and local levels of government. He represents a diverse field of companies and associations including oil and gas, real estate, agriculture, health care, waste management and public utilities. His experience and hands-on approach enable his clients to traverse the challenging intersection between business and government. Jimmy’s strengths are in managing public opinion while balancing and monitoring political risk – a challenge in today’s economic environment.

Louise Barbic is a marketing insights expert with over 20 years of experience helping clients build brands, make critical business decisions, and determine the most effective use of their marketing dollars to drive growth and innovation. She designs and manages quantitative and qualitative market research solutions for each client’s specific needs and analyzes the results to determine the best course of action. Her experience with domestic and international organizations reaches across a broad range of industries including food, consumer goods, healthcare, technology and financial services. Past and present clients include: Hewlett-Packard, Netflix, Nestle, Lowe’s, Unilever, Pardee Homes, Honda, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Louise was born and raised in Delano, California and graduated from Garces Memorial High School. She currently resides on the East Coast and divides her time between Lexington, Massachusetts and Bakersfield, California. Louise is married and has two young daughters.

Deb Brooks’ past experience in government, political campaigns and event management has shaped her career in communications and public affairs. Her experience as a former staff member in the California Legislature and her assistance with United States Senate, gubernatorial and presidential campaigns have led her to be the Creative Manager for Yankee Communications. Deb is responsible for creating visual and content messages for all our clients’ needs. In her spare time she enjoys photography, cooking and furthering her creative development.
